Balloon Safari

Hartebeesport Dam; 6am; Several crazy people are going on a balloon safari.  Hundreds of feet in the air with the (slim) chance of crashing in the middle of the big five, Lions, Elephants, Buffalo, Rhino, and Leopards or landing in the middle of the dam.

 

The sun is just rising as the balloons are being filled.

The landing got a bit rough, as we almost touched down on top of a tree, but we needed some excitement.

As the balloon was deflated, and we stood around sipping our champagne, we could all admit that a good time was had by all.
