Hermanus

Hermanus sits on the western edge of Walkers Bay on the Southern Coast of South Africa.  It is a great whale watching place due to the abundance of whales, high cliffs, and a lack of annoying boats in the bay.  Boats, for the most part, are banned from the area during the whale season.

The cliffs are rugged and the water is rough (but warm).

The whales usually are just off-shore.

...and there are vineyards, as usual, in the cape area.

... and there are also some funky houses!
