Simon's Town
We stayed in a B&B in Simon's Town for a couple of night's. We only did this because we could not obtain accommodations in Cape Town due to a very popular bike tour called "the Cape Argus" that was occurring at the same time. We were pleasantly surprised by Simon's Town.
Simon's Town is the base for the South Africa's Navy. It has a lot of history being that it was a base for the Royal Navy for many decades. It is a nice quaint town, situated on the Indian side of the Peninsula, on False Bay..
"Look", said Theresa, "a penguin. I have got to take a picture"

If she only knew then that the Simon's Town beach is loaded with jackass penguins.

Playing around, swimming, and digging underground nests.

and just hanging out.
