Deer Creek

Mile 136.5

This is most everyone's favorite spot on the river.  This is the place where I would like to lose the rest of the trip.  I could hide out and sneak food from rafting trips as payment when they explore my home.

One can easily walk up and relax behind the second waterfall.

Luxury rafting is possible in the canyon.  We met this group at Deer Creek (and partied with them later).  Note that umbrellas on all the rafts.  They even had a battery powered bilge pump  on one of the rafts.  Good job!
