The only signs of civilization are here at Phantom Ranch.

Actually this is a view upstream from our campsite (at Crematorium) which is a couple of miles up from Phantom.

A path to the ranch and other sites such as the bridges and log buildings seem overly civilized by this time in the trip.

This is one of the two bridges which cross over the Colorado at the ranch.

The second bridge seems endless.

The cliffs take on a wonderful color at dusk as seen from this view from our camp.
